About Me...
Helping organizations turn complexity into practical solutions.
I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of operations, technology, compliance, finance, and human services. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most difficult organizational challenges rarely belong to just one department, and the best solutions rarely do either.
My work is focused on helping human service organizations operate better. That means understanding how people, processes, technology, regulations, and resources come together to support the organization’s mission - and finding practical ways to improve them.
Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives involving operational improvement, technology transformation, compliance and risk management, organizational infrastructure, service redesign, and the implementation of new systems and programs.
More recently, my work has expanded into Assistive and Enabling Technology and the ways technology can support greater independence, safety, and choice for people with disabilities. I’m particularly interested in the operational side of innovation: helping organizations develop the processes, infrastructure, workforce models, policies, and internal capabilities necessary to make technology-enabled services work in practice.
I believe good consulting should make complicated things simpler - not more complicated. My approach is to understand the problem, bring the right people and perspectives together, and help build solutions that are practical, sustainable, and capable of working in the real world.
My Experience
My background includes executive leadership and hands-on experience across human services, healthcare, technology, finance, compliance, and organizational operations. I’ve worked with nonprofit organizations, service providers, healthcare organizations, government partners, technology companies, and community organizations on initiatives ranging from day-to-day operational challenges to large-scale organizational transformation.
That range of experience shapes how I approach the work today - not simply as a technology problem, compliance problem, or operational problem - but as an organizational problem that needs the right combination of each.
